VOLUNTEERS

9 Volunteers turned out on Wednesday.
Weeding was done on the dual carriageway,and along the road from the bridge to the welcome wall.
Thanks to Cath and Lynn for the bacon sandwiches,and to all those contributing to the bucket collection,which was 77-80 euros.
The conifers at the welcome wall,do not seem to have taken,probably due to the spanish builder cutting off most of the roots.We will replace them in the autumn.
